FAQs

How do I prep my nails?

Begin by cleansing your hands with gentle, oil-free soap and water; dish soap is an excellent option to effectively eliminate oils from both the skin and nails, ensuring optimal adherence to the product. Shape your nails and delicately push back cuticles to create a clean canvas.

Employ the provided Prep Pad to thoroughly eliminate any lingering oil and residue. Before application, ensure your nails are completely dry for the best results.

My nail is sensitive while curing. What’s happening?

If you notice any discomfort during curing, this may indicate a thinning or weakened nailbed. Remove your hand for a moment, and then replace to finish curing.

How do I remove the nail strip?

To remove the strip nails, apply cuticle oil (such as our Red Therapy Nourishing Cuticle Oil) to the base of the nail. Using a manicure stick, gently and slowly lift the nail strip from the corner of the cuticle area. Saturate the nail with additional oil to help loosen the adhesive. After a few moments, gently and slowly lift off the nail from your nail by pushing from the cuticle line toward the tip of the nail with the wooden stick. Do not rush! If you feel any tension, apply more oil, and allow more time for the adhesive to dissolve.

How should I care for my nails after removing strip, tips, spray, or gel nails?
